Darla Olson is Human Resource Director, Physician Practices, for TriHealth, Inc.  TriHealth is a health system in Cincinnati Ohio.  Prior to her current position with TriHealth, Darla was Employment Director.  Darla has experience in human resources and organizational development in the Healthcare, Banking and Information Technology industries.  In addition to her role at TriHealth, Darla is the co-chair for the executive committee of the Health Careers Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati (HCC).  The HCC is a ten year partnership with health care employers, workforce development and training partners.  The goals of the employer-led partnership; (1)increase access to healthcare careers for lower wage incumbent workers, unemployed and underemployed individuals, (2)alleviate regional healthcare workforce shortages and (3) to increase the diversity of the healthcare workforce in Greater Cincinnati.  Darla holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the College of Mt. St. Joseph.
