Lisa started with Infosys in July of 2011 and has over 20 years of HR experience working for companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cadbury Schweppes and most recently Hewlett Packard.  Lisa has a strong background in organizational design and change management, merger & acquisition and labor relations.  Her career has provided her the opportunity to work extensively in North & South America, EMEA and APJ countries.  Her last seven years have been heading HR for IT, Financial Services and BPO outsourcing organizations giving her a strong grasp on this industry. 

Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree from Baldwin Wallace College (Berea, Ohio) in Psychology & Business Administration and an MBA from Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, Connecticut) with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

Lisa also belongs to many nonprofit boards in the Dallas, TX area providing much needed guidance to her community.  She is on the Board for the United Way, Women’s Coalition of Dallas, and has recently started her own nonprofit organization called Paying It Forward which focuses on underprivileged women needing assistance to get into the workforce.
