Jennifer is a believer in young people and their capacity to change the world. She is a transformational leader with an 18-year track record of success in nonprofit executive management, having raised more than $250 million for youth development causes.
At National 4-H Council, Jennifer has focused on supporting global education, growth and leadership development for 7 million youth worldwide through programs in science, agriculture, health and citizenship. She helped launch the 4-H Science Initiative, reaching 1.3 million new youth with STEM programs in four years – one year ahead of schedule. In addition, she led the development of the National 4-H Council strategic plan. As Chief Operating Officer, she directs domestic operations including strategic planning, resource development, marketing, ecommerce, conference center operations, IT, human resources and finance.
Prior to National 4-H Council, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and other non-profit organizations.
